Depending on your abilities, swimming skills, frequent training opportunities, your wishes and goals, we will create your personal training programme. Guided by our experts, it will provide a comprehensive package of dry-land training and diet plan.
Online coaching is done via Skype and email, so we can quickly find solutions to problems of they occur and cannot be solved otherwise.
